14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Note: For hygiene reasons, certain well-being products (like opened sleep masks or personal care items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

• Easy Returns Process: 1. Contact us at SUPPORTCONTACTNEXTWAVE@gmail.com with your order number. 2. We will provide you with the return instructions and address. 3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
